Let me introduce myself, I did 20 years in the U.S. Navy and retired in 2001 from special forces (SWCC), I then went to work for a very large diesel company in Chesapeake VA. In 2006 I became an EMT with the city of Virginia Beach rescue squad COURTHOUSE station 5 and this is where i started teaching staff CPR training. In 2008 I started my business SAVE A LIFE SOLUTIONS part time. Last year 2023 I retired from my regular job and started teaching CPR, First Aid and AED full time. I teach Hundred of people every 2 years and enjoy the people I meet and have met.
